Dear Parents / Carers

Thank you for choosing Catholic Regional College North Keilor for your child’s secondary education. We wish to extend a warm welcome to you and your family on behalf of the College. We believe it is important that each student is known by name, feels a sense of belonging and is at home within our community.

To assist in forming genuine relationships between families and the College, a Transition Interview with a senior member of staff would normally take place at this time. Unfortunately, due to school closures and COVID-19 restrictions, the interview process is not possible for this year. Despite being unable to invite you to the College for an interview, we would like to provide an opportunity for you to tell us about your child.

Please complete the Year 7, 2021 Online Transition Form which was sent to families via email on Monday 24 August. The form asks you to share important information regarding your child’s social, learning and medical needs. Any information you provide will assist with making the transition process a positive experience. Families whereby two parents/carers have provided an email address will receive this email twice – once to each email address. It is only necessary however for the online form to be completed once.

If you did not receive an email with this form please contact Samantha Beg, Community Liaison Officer via email at: sbeg@crcnk.vic.edu.au

We ask that you complete the form no later than Monday 31 August. You will need your Medicare Card, Ambulance Membership number and details of your child’s GP and Dentist.

Below you will find links regarding the CRC North Keilor Device Program 2021. Please open and read these documents carefully and ensure that you arrange the purchase of your child’s MacBook prior to the closing date of Friday, 25 September.
