Welcome to Catholic Regional North
Keilor (CRCNK). Our College which was founded in 1982 , is a Year
7 – 10 co-educational college which serves Catholic youth from the parishes of
Saint Christophers Airport West, St. Augustine’s Keilor, St Mary of the
Assumption Parish Keilor Downs and Kealba, and Emmaus Parish, Sydenham. At
present we have 593 students enrolled at the College.
We enjoy membership of a Federation of five Catholic
Regional Colleges which provides a Catholic education to students in the north-
western suburbs in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. Sister colleges in the
Federation include, CRC St.Albans, CRC Melton, CRCCarolineSprings and our senior
campus CRC Sydenham.
Our College motto is “Make us Bearers of your Peace”. This underpins
our mission which seeks to provide the best possible “education in faith” and
“education for life” for all of our students.
Catholic Regional College North Keilor, draws on the rich
heritage of the Catholic Faith tradition including the gospel values
lived and taught by Jesus Christ. We are very proud of our new Chapel which
provides students with the opportunity to actively practise their Faith.
At CRCNK we recognise that students perform best when they
feel safe and valued. Our committed staff, through the provision of our student
wellbeing initiatives, seek to provide a learning environment where the
welfare needs of all students are considered and met.
We offer a comprehensive curriculum andmany co-curricula
programs which provide excellent opportunities for the academic, spiritual
and personal development of our students, in a safe and supportive environment.
The details of many of these programs can be found on this website.
At CRCNK the students are given opportunities to develop
personal qualities and leadership skills and the co-educational environment
enables students to develop confident and positive relationships with each
other.
I believe that CRC (NK) is certainly ‘the place to be’.
